Job Description:

Deliverables:

Engage with key stakeholders to identify objectives and goals of the Cyber Security Program.Gather and document business requirements of the security program by performing elicitation and coordination tasks with internal and external stakeholders.Review existing security governance and program documentation, and capture undocumented processes, developing a picture of current state, including maturity levels across various business capabilities.Help to establish a security governance framework which will ensure ongoing oversight and management of the security program.Review security policies, standards and procedures, evaluating in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Help define and improve information security KPI s and KRI s to measure the effectiveness of the security program.Facilitate information visualization mechanisms (dashboards, reports, etc.) allowing effective communication of security status and trending to executive management.Provide business analysis capabilities for high-profile projects such as the procurement and implementation of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) suite.Assist with tasks associated to the adoption and implementation of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) suite to modernize how SNB manages privileged credentials and enhanced permission roles.Other work packages, tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have knowledge and experience in the use of information and communications technologies.Must have knowledge and experience in strategic planning and change management.Will lead and participate in grant and research proposal writing, presentation(s).Will lead and participate in the development and presentation of business/value cases.Will lead and participate in the development of business requirements to support business/value cases.Liaison (representation) for the organization on regional, provincial and national committees.Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) including the preparation of research and grant proposals.Will assist in the development and implementation of solutions to meet the strategic objectives and goals.Possess experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.Contributes business perspective to project teams.

Supervision:

May work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director.May direct the work of other business and systems analysts.Mandatory Requirements:The proposed resource must meet or exceed the following education and certification requirements.University Degree in either Business Administration or Information Technology OR An equivalent combination of a College diploma (related to Business Administration and IT) and experience may also be considered.(Yes/No)Experience as a senior business analyst working in Information Technology projects with a focus on Information Security conducting requirements elicitation & business. System process documentation for IT applications in both agile and waterfall project modes. (5 years)
