We are looking for a Luxury Sales Associate for a top fashion company in New York, New York!
Responsibilities:
- Support an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, customers and management in order to further elevate the customer s experience
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to change, in order to meet the need of the business between sales and back of house duties
- Support the sales team by providing a seamless flow of product from the back of house to the selling floor, in order to always promote a luxurious customer shopping experience
- Support the sales team by bringing coffee, water or champagne to clients, while they shop and/or wait
- Support the sales team by answering phones when everyone is busy, by wrapping up purchases and by gift wrapping as needed
- Support the sales team by putting things away in a timely and neat manner, and replenish any items that are sold throughout the day, making sure the store is always neat and replenished to meet our visual standards
- Support the sales team with tasks that need to be done outside of the store (i.e., but not limited to, dropping off and picking up alterations)
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years previous luxury sales experience
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication and professionalism in order to deliver the best support possible
- Excellent customer service experience
