The Product Manager will spearhead our Cable Harness Strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the design, development, sourcing, and manufacturing processes of cable harnesses. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure the successful execution of cable harness projects.

- Develop and implement comprehensive cable harness strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Define product features, specifications, and roadmap based on market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of cable harness projects.
- Evaluate and select suppliers for cable harness components and materials.
- Negotiate contracts and establish partnerships with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Define and implement quality standards and testing procedures for cable harness products.
- Drive project execution from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize cable harness design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain.
Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience in wire harness or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of cable, wire harness, connector, and interconnect technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to review and understand engineering requirements and design documents.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
