Apex Systems is searching for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our esteemed pharmaceutical client located in Lexington, MA! In addition to weekly pay, we offer a full lineup of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k that would be available to you upon hire.
Location: Lexington, MA
Rate: $25-27/hr, paid weekly
Position Description:
The Materials Management Warehouse Operations department is looking for an organized, dedicated, and hard-working individual with proven skills in a GMP environment to perform warehouse activities.
Required Skills:
- Issuance and maintain GMP Raw Material and General Supply inventory accuracy via the company ERP system.
- Conduct and maintain daily cycle count activities.
- Receive and Quarantine raw materials in the GMP warehouse via the company ERP system.
- Maintain warehouse in a constant state of organization and GMP compliance.
- Maintain GMP cold chain equipment in a constant state of the organization and GMP compliance - including changing charts and liquid nitrogen tanks.
- Package and ship bulk drug substance to Contract Manufacturer fill sites.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license. To include the ability to operate all material handling equipment operated in the Supply Chain Warehouse Operations
Additional Skills
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience working in a GMP environment
- Previous experience working with an ERP inventory management system such as SAP
