Pomeroy Living is seeking an RN or LPN with leadership experience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing to join our corporate team as a floating Director of Wellness at our four assisted living communities located in Rochester Hills, Lake Orion, Sterling Heights and Northville.
As a floating Director of Wellness, you will float between our four assistant living communities providing training, guidance, coverage for vacations and staff vacancies and additional clinical support. You will build relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers and other leaders in the community to provide the highest quality of care and services to our seniors.

*Qualifications:*
* Management/leadership or supervisor experience required.
* A RN or LPN who is currently licensed to practice in the state of Michigan.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
* Maintains current CPR certification. Additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
* Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing experience required.
