The Business Applications Analyst will work onsite and performs duties related to the implementation, management, maintenance, enhancement, and support of critical software systems. The incumbent consults with stakeholders to gather and define requirements; configure and implement new systems and/or enhance existing systems; write and execute test plans; troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues; deliver training and guidance to end users and system/service owners; develop and maintain system documentation.
Essential Functions:
- Identifies and scopes process improvement opportunities within D365 for all business processes including production, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and accounting.
- Analyzes current business processes and makes recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
- Supports and troubleshoots user issues within D365.
- Analyzes business requirements and translates them into functional specifications.
- Plans and implements supportive business solutions.
- Proactively contributes to the continuous improvement of technology/business processes through identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
- Develops and maintains documentation and training materials for systems.
- Improves training and operational procedures within business units to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Works with other members of the IT team to help evaluate business processes, trouble-shoot systems and incorporate solutions.

Job Requirements: - Bachelors degree in IT and/or Business Management.
- Managing ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- 3-5 years of experience as a business systems analyst or similar role in the IT field.
- Experience building process maps, gathering business requirements, and adhering to formal change management policies.
- Excellent organizational and project management experience/skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and technical skills.
- Strong business understanding of manufacturing systems and processes and supply chain and distribution.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users in all levels of the organization.
