Assembly Technician


Job Details

As an Assembly Technician, you will responsible for assembling oxygen analyzers, pH sensors, and sample conditioning equipment using written work instructions, production standards, and engineered drawings

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to read assembly drawings and follow detailed instructions
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Familiarity with electro-mechanical instrumentation assembly
  • Ability to layout and install sample handling/condition systems
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with Engineering, Quality and Materials personnel
  • Must be extremely motivated to work at the highest production standards
  • Must be well Organized and Detail Oriented
Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

2-4 years' experience in an assembly/manufacturing facility with preference given to Electrical, Mechanical and/ or Pneumatic Panel Fabrication and Manufacturing

Experience using hand and bench drills, cutting wheel, grinder, band saw and hand soldering iron

Experience using standard hand tools including, screw drivers, wrenches, ratchets, hammers, crimpers, and cutting tools.

Compensation

Salary Minimum: $40,000

Salary Maximum: $60,000
