Regional Sales Manager


Job Details

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the following territories: Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Missouri

Job Description:

- Manage customer accounts, develop new business, and interact with all stakeholders
- Develop direct sales of all product lines and products
- Recommend improvements to existing products to increase marketability
- Prepare and present quotes to distributors and/or customers relating to filtration, diagnostic, oil service or process requirements in relation to current requirements
- Obtain and communicate competitive data, including but not limited to, application description, circuit diagram, flow conditions, pressures, and pricing information
- Analyze distributor's effectiveness within the Central Territory: Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Missouri
- Develop distributor sales objectives and forecasts annually
- Perform ongoing analysis throughout the year
- Responsible for hydraulic system analysis and the development of troubleshooting processes in the field

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Finance, or Manufacturing is required
- Minimum 3+ years experience is required
- Previous experience in the fluid power industry is preferred
- Provide feedback on potential new Fluid Power products and their market potential
- Frequent travel is required for this position to various sites - both internal and external
- Valid Driver's license is required
- Utilize various CRM systems to organize and arrange appointments, schedules, and functions
- Train distributors in all aspects of filtration and the fluid power industry
