Servigistics Architect - Remote / Telecommute

Job Description:

• Leads the consulting team in planning, analysis, development and testing of the Servigistic 12/13 applications to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Investigates the current business processes to identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, and inefficient workflows that could be improved.
• ssigns tasks to project members and reviews teamwork work products to ensure that they are accurate and consistent.
• Leads the analysis and documentation of Client requirements and contributes to the design and delivery of the PTC solution.
• Maps Client processes to technology through solid understanding of PTC technology capabilities and designed usage patterns.
• Is proficient in prototyping solutions, using a broad range of PTC products, to be used as guideline for the rest of the team.
• Leads the creation of project deliverables or work product, spanning from process to system design elements.
• Leads Client teams to optimize ways in which information technology supports defined working practices.
