Trillium Construction is hiring for a CAD Designer in Whitewater, WI!
The CAD Designer will assist on the design and drafting of various agricultural buildings throughout the surrounding area. This is a direct-hire, full-time position! $25/hr - $30/hr, Medical and Dental insurance.
Duties:
-Use SolidWorks or AutoCAD to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects
-Collaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets, as well as solve problems
-Review design layouts to identify and fix issues with conformity with fundamental design principles
-Make the necessary changes to the drawings as instructed
-Search through extensive databases for material properties to find the best materials for modelling
-Inform superintendents and project managers as to the status of the designs and when they are finished

Qualifications:
-An associate degree or equivalent work experience in design, architecture, construction engineering, or a related profession is required
-At least 1 year or more of previous experience
-Proficiency in design programs for buildings, including AutoCAD and Solidworks
