**Qualifications**
* Three years of demonstrated people management, ideally in the transportation industry.
* Demonstrated experience in being held to a variety of performance metrics.
* Experience managing operational expenses: Budget Forecasting, Pay, P&L, etc.
* Business background in financial, strategic, and operational analysis.
