About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Portfolio and Program Manager for IT Infrastructure & Information Securityto join our team.In this role you will have responsibilities which span across the process, planning and execution of the portfolio mainly in support of Fabrics IT infrastructure & security. The time spent in these areas will vary over time but it is an expectation that you support the management of a portfolio, and the execution of projects when possible.

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote work allowedin most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, accounting, or related discipline OR minimum of 5 years direct work experience in an IT project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
  • Experience defining common processes and standards for project portfolio management and project management" and "Hands-on experience managing complex projects"
  • Strong familiarity with the systems lifecycle, upgrades, digital modernization, information security & digital infrastructure
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to include c ritical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Direct and effective communication with stakeholders to resolve challenges regardless of their role or difference of opinion
  • Proficient with MS Project and MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing conditions and a track record of delivering outstanding results in new and tough situations
  • Ability to travel 15%
