Job Description: Superintendent and Project Manager: Pay between 150-200k+
A billion-dollar General Contractor is currently seeking a Superintendent and a Project Manager for positions in Los Angeles. These roles involve managing projects on-site from beginning to completion, with a focus on life science projects, including clean rooms and related facilities. The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in Data Center or life science projects. They must be able to multi-task, function effectively under strict time constraints, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while demonstrating a team-player attitude.
**Pay:** Flexible upwards or past the $200k mark depending on experience.
**Benefits:** 100% paid for self and family, plus Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
**Position:** Full-time with excellent benefits. All candidates must provide references and a project list.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.
- Create project schedules and weekly look-aheads.
- Coordinate with the project management team for budgeting.
- Manage multiple projects and/or large/complex projects.
- Manage and coordinate the field team, including subcontractors and owner vendors.
- Coordinate plans and specifications with architects and engineers.
- Maintain and manage the company s safety culture and OSHA standards.
- Promote teamwork and open communication on the project site.
- Recognize and resolve on-site challenges and issues.
- Mentor and train field personnel and support the development of talent.
- Participate in potential client interviews.
