We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and overseeing construction project schedules to ensure timely completion. The Scheduling Coordinator will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other clients to track progress and adjust schedules as needed. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules. Monitor project time-lines and track progress against the schedule. Identify and address potential scheduling conflicts and delays. Update schedules to reflect changes and progress. Prepare regular reports on project status and schedule adherence. Assist in resource allocation and planning. Ensure all scheduling activities comply with company standards and regulations.
