Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

We are a premier construction firm throughout the southern United States with locations in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas. We specialize in industrial and civil construction projects including but not limited to; structural steel, earthwork/concrete, scaffolding, commercial construction/remodeling, public infrastructure, and more!
As an estimator on our team, you will be responsible for analyzing construction drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects. You will also collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing, and conduct on-site visits to assess construction sites for estimating purposes.

Job DetailsMUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of construction estimating experience
- Proficiency with estimating software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or other

- Estimating experience within the industrial or civil construction sector
