PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. Purpose

The SC Order Fulfillment Specialist position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Order Fulfillment department as directed at an efficient and effective pace with accuracy to achieve fulfillment objectives. This position is responsible for organizing, preparing, and processing orders and inventory control for the Order Fulfillment department. This position shall fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy. The SC Order Fulfillment Specialist role shall participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The SC Order Fulfillment Specialist role will report to the leadership of the SC Order Fulfillment department. This role shall support the SC Order Fulfillment Supervisors and Manager and guide other department members to achieve objectives effectively.

Essential Duties

Procedures & Tasks

  • This position is responsible for creating, inventorying, organizing, and preparing orders and inventory for the SC Order Fulfillment department. Employee shall be responsible for preparing and organizing exporting orders of a variety of SKUS for the facility.
  • Work with the leadership of the SC Order Fulfillment department to prepare orders for delivery to meet deadlines. Accurately and efficiently organizing packages in distribution totes with matching compliantly to the manifest.
  • Operate a Hi-lo to pick orders within the warehouse area.
  • Utilizing order fulfillment software to prepare for deliveries.
  • Employee shall be responsible for their usage and accuracy reporting and entering data for the CounterPoint, LeafLink, and METRC inventory systems. Along with these systems, this role shall also be responsible for organization and reporting data entries to spreadsheets and logs, including Counterpoint, LeafLink, METRC, Google and Smartsheet spreadsheet related tasks. Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
  • This role may be tasked with supporting the inventory and auditing efforts within the Processing department.
  • Supporting the leadership to assist, guide, and train SC Order Fulfillment department associates to accurately inventory different SKUs and packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.
  • Execute objectives to achieve desired quality and consistently throughout assignment.
  • Support communication and secure transport of dried product from the Cure Bay area to Packaging to Finished Goods rooms.
  • Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed. Communicating concerns with leadership of the department for missorted or unsatisfactory dried cannabis product.
  • Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Processing department.
  • Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards. Assist associates to achieve team goals and support the leadership of Packaging with instructed requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment following GMP certified procedures.
  • Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
  • Maintain a culture of professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Packaging dept tasks, Trim dept tasks, Cure dept tasks, Farm dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
  • Supporting the leadership of SC Order Fulfillment to guide and train SC Order Fulfillment department members to maintain proper organization of the Finished Goods rooms. Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the rooms.
  • Monitor and report any noticeable unsatisfactory cannabis product to the leadership of the department
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness of the immediate work area. Ensure proper maintenance of computer workstation and spreadsheets.
  • After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
  • Update and track all required information based on instructions from leadership.
  • Supporting the organizing and securing of all manifests, packaging tags, and labels.
  • Compliantly following the SOPs for each objective consistently.
  • Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
  • Following instructed procedures shall maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created shall be reported to the leadership of the department.
Supervision
  • Works under the direct supervision of the SC Order Fulfillment Supervisor and Manager.
  • This person shall be asked to lead, guide, and train associates in the department to assist and support the leadership of SC Order Fulfillment but will not have authority to discipline any team members.
Job Requirement
  • This position is expected to perform duties at a highly productive and efficient pace, consistently.
  • Be able to operate a hi-lo vehicle.
  • To apply for a new position, employees must have served within this position for at least nine months before submitting the Grow Transfer Request form to the direct supervisor.
Working Conditions
  • Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment.
  • Working in proper PPE at all times of scheduled shift to sustain GMP model certification.
  • Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts. Prepared for over 40+ hour work weeks within this position, regularly.
  • Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
Job Qualifications

Work Experience
  • At least three months experience with LivWell to internally apply. Must be in good standing for the last three months at least to apply.
  • One years of work experience in a data entry related position required.
  • Two years of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
  • Previous leadership experience in a related industry or work environment preferred. Background in computer inventory management preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
  • Demonstrates ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements.
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates professional and respectful demeanor towards others. Demonstrates respectful verbal and written communication capability.
  • Knowledge and background in cannabis manufacturing preferred.
  • Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Marijuana Regulatory Agency Enforcement Division.
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background in computer inventory management preferred.
