Salary: (B31) Per Custodian Work Agreement with a range of $22.71-$24.39 per hour

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; First Class Boiler's License is required within 24 months of hire; previous supervisory experience preferred; possess a thorough working knowledge of custodial work, including cleaning methods and the use of materials and equipment; understand, interpret, and follow written and oral instructions; work with minimal supervision in performance of duties; possess good interpersonal and communication skills; perform minor maintenance tasks; proficiency using technology systems including but not limited to email, internet, and energy management system; effectively work and communicate with students, parents, and school personnel from diverse cultures or backgrounds; work harmoniously with others; stand/walk for extended periods of time; push/pull while lifting up to 50 pounds; must be available for some weekend hours as assigned.

Summary of Duties:
To plan, coordinate, assign, supervise and participate in skilled custodial services and routine minor maintenance functions at the facility; to provide lead responsibility for day custodial employees; to maintain assigned building and adjacent grounds area in a clean, sanitary, secure, and safe condition; to arrange and assist in maintaining the physical environment required for activities held at the facility.
