An industry leader in reliable, scalable, and user-friendly data protection solutions business seeks an ambitious & driven Customer Success Manager to join their team.


Role:

  • Working with a portfolio of customers to achieve maximum value from their investment
  • Identify & develop growth opportunities
  • Manage & retain clients through renewal process
  • Liaise with Support/Development team to improve software
  • Learn the software and be able to demonstrate at a high level
  • Identify clients pain points and frustrations and be able to offer advice and resolutions
  • Relay customer feedback to internal teams to improve product quality and service experiences


Person:

  • Experienced in a customer success or commercial account management role at a technology business
  • Confident & engaging
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Organised and efficient with the ability to work autonomously
  • An exceptional communicator
  • A Strong team player
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated with drive and ambition to meet & exceed targets
