Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Job Description:
Positions Contributions to Work Group:
- Assists with prepping for tour groups, main point of contact for the front door, screening guests who enter the welcome center.
Typical task breakdown:
- Verify visitors as they enter the Welcome Center and connect them with their Client contact, if applicable.
- Manage room reservations for the Welcome Center.
- Manage monthly procard reconciliations for Welcome Center card.
- Create a daily sheet highlighting conference room usage and distribute to the Welcome Center staff.
- Create table tents, nametags, door banners, and printed photos for customer visits and witness tests.
- Distribute and collect surveys for in-person customer visits and witness tests.
- Manage catering requests for customer visits and witness tests, working with Eurest as needs arise.
- Ensure snack baskets are filled and ready for use.
- Monitor Welcome Center sign-out sheets and ensure items (banners, dongles, steel-toe slip-ons, etc.) are being returned in a timely manner.
- Manage all aspects of non-customer tours, including the agenda creation, tour guide assignment, welcome presenter, room reservation, and visit badge distribution on the event day.
- Manage all aspects of family tours, including agenda creation and tour guide assignment.
- Ensure the VIP van is gassed up and clean prior to customer or event use.
- Monitor office supplies, cleaning supplies, and customer snacks and order as needed.
- Copy, file, and collect receipts for reconciliation at the end of each month.
- Assist in the Client Merchandise Center as needed.
- Update Welcome Center, Tour Guide and Best Practices binders
- Turn on lights throughout Welcome Center
- Create lunch menus for customer visits/witness test
- Checks/cleans up all rooms, locks doors etc. in Welcome Center at close of day
- Open and close Client Merchandise Center (CMC).
- Reconcile cash drawer daily.
- Connect with Accounting personnel weekly to deposit cash.
- Maintain CMC inventory and physical stocking of merchandise.
- Manage all orders, including special orders and custom orders.
- Create monthly reports for the CMC on profits, payroll deduction, etc.
- Craft and distribute CMC advertisements and communications and update the CMC monitor and facility bulletin boards.
- Connect with Drive Team personnel with requests for communications for the Drive Team newsletter.
- Construct gift baskets as requests come in from Client Drive Team.
- Manage the CMCs monthly promotions and drawings.
- Manage requests for CMC gift certificates and create these as needed.
- Maintain event tickets for sale in CMC.

Work environment:
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
- 0-2 years related experience required.
