Our Client, a Beauty Brand, is in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our creative team, Temp to Perm or Direct Hire!
Your role will contribute to defining the brand's digital design aesthetics, from seasonal campaigns to product launches. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong eye for visual design, and a deep understanding of the brand and its guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design, copywriting, and marketing teams to support all marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain templates for creative projects and platform development, continuously enhancing them.
- Identify and innovate creative solutions to enhance site experiences, integrating brand direction and performance insights.
- Design digital and print assets, including campaign concepts, emails, e-commerce assets, said social, banners, print materials, website elements, and social media content.
- Optimize the creative workflow, streamlining template usage while preserving creativity and delivering additional value to consumers.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Stay current with design trends.
- Analyze and optimize creative output based on performance and best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant design experience (experience with Figma is a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Solid understanding of graphic and web design principles and current technologies (HTML, CSS).
