Principal Accountabilities
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structures
- Perform structural repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including leaks and clogs
- Conduct basic electrical repairs and maintenance
- Perform pipe painting on the roof as necessary
- Cover holes and repair damage to walls and other surfaces
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance and repairs, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting plumbing systems
- Proficiency in painting techniques and surface preparation
- Ability to perform structural repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings
- Experience with pipe painting and other roofing maintenance tasks
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and reaching

- Basic understanding of electrical systems and repairs
