Job Details

PURPOSE

Primary responsibilities are to perform document preparation as required per scanning contracts.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supervising all aspects of the Scanning/Prep daily operations.This includes but not limited to: functions required to generate the final electronic version of the files to be delivered to the clients including categorization, document preparation, quality assurance,reporting and customer support.

Educates staff on and ensures compliance with company policies, HIPAA, SAS70 and the ibml Code of Conduct.

Supervise multiple and complex Day Forward/Back file conversion jobs.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of specific client requirements as well as the capabilities of the systems being operated.

Meets service level standards for timeliness and accuracy.

Resolve and report any operational or human resource issues/concerns to the Production Manager, CAS in an accurate and timely manner.

Ensure daily image counts/prep rate output meets daily requirements.

Ensure proper management and control of all company assets, tools, documentation, software, intellectual property, etc.

Provide input to Production Manager, CAS on desirable modifications and enhancements and suggestions for operation improvements.

Assist in the development and maintenance of accurate production documentation.

Ensures that CAS meets all scheduled deadlines.

Miscellaneous projects as assigned.

PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years as a Team Leader in general business operations with focus on Scanner operation, Document prep, customer support services and quality control.

Able to implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of daily scanning production, quality of work, responsiveness and safety.

Able to ensure that PM is adhered to for all ibml daily production machines.

Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage complex document conversion jobs; familiar with Office Suites; takes lead role coaching staff to ensure accuracy.

Possesses in depth knowledge of specific client requirements as well as systems being operated.

Demonstrated proficiency related to use of Operation tools, techniques and practices.

Knowledge of business resiliency practices and prior involvement with the testing of resiliency plans.

Can work independently, is adaptable, understands the need to deliver quality service and consistently demonstrates all PEER values

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.

Takes initiative and provides specific and timely feedback. Knowledge and application of adult learning principles and demonstrates the key values of teamwork, respect accountability, integrity and leadership.
