Job Details1.Ensure all PPE is worn at all times.
2.Maintain all safety data sheets (SDSs), including SDSs required by our subcontractors at any tier
3.Maintain copies of:
1.Serious incident reports
2.Injury reports
3.Documentation of inspections and corrective actions taken if applicable
4.Employee sign-in sheets of on-site training documentation
5.Sign-in sheets for safety meetings
4.Perform, at least Weekly, Safety Observation Tours (SOTs) and maintain documentation
5.Maintain the Job Planning Board
6.Review and complete 3-part Pre Task Plans as needed (ensure completeness and correctness)
1.Risk assessment/SFMEA on new tasks
2.Job Safety Analysis of new tasks
3.Daily Worker Safety Engagement Form (review each morning with all personnel)
1.Maintain these documents for record
7.Collaborate with Project Leader in regards to corrective actions concerning safety
8.Understand Site Emergency Action Plan and update accordingly
9.Understand Applicable Special Safety Conditions from GM
