**Job Summary:**
Paving Crew Member is essential to the application of asphalt on heavy highways / road construction projects.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or GED required
* Proven experience operating various types equipment
* Strong focus on safety and ability to recognize safety issues
* Strong work ethic and focus on quality
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to listen and follow directions
* Excellent attention to detail and task oriented
* Ability to read plans and understand tasks at hand
* Requires flexible work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
