Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our roofing company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the construction industry with a background managing projects related to shingle roofs, flat roofs, and standing seam roofing systems. The ability to travel is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee roofing projects from start to finish
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitor and report on project progress
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Provide technical expertise and guidance as needed

Requirements

Experience in project management within the roofing industry
Strong knowledge and experience with shingle roofs, flat roofs, and standing seam roofing systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to travel frequently and work in various locations
Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
