Job Description:

• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Very strong in interpersonal skills, go-getter, and conflict resolving capabilities.
• Gather and analyze data / Requirement to identify areas for improvement in business processes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Identify different possible and feasible solutions, considering the pros and cons of each alternative.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and business requirements for identified initiatives.
• Effectively / Strong communication skills to discuss with important stakeholders other teams.
• Help implement technology solutions to achieve business goals.
• Develop solution-oriented strategies using cost-benefit analysis or SWOT analysis.
• Knowledge on regulatory processes for controlled environments ( under FDA etc ).
• Experience 12-14 years ( Medical Devices Knowledge is Mandatory).
