LHH is searching for a temp to perm legal secretary for a client located in Hartford, CT. The candidate for this position will be successful if they are able to support multiple attorneys and execute a variety of administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have effective time managements and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented. This role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Administrative functions for multiple attorneys
- State and Federal E-filing
- Review and revise correspondence and legal documents
- Calendaring for attorneys and caseload
- First point of contact/representative for clients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3 years of legal secretarial/paralegal experience in a law firm setting
- Associates degree and/or paralegal certificate, preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour
Conversion Salary: 60k-70k
