Job Details

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in need, including those with dementia or memory care needs.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
- Monitor and record vital signs as necessary.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and implement appropriate interventions based on individual needs.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care and experience working with individuals with memory care needs is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to provide transportation assistance if needed.
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper lifting techniques.
- Familiarity with direct support systems and home care practices.
- Ability to monitor and record vital signs accurately.
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and procedures is beneficial.
