Inviting applications for the role of Data Entry Specialist.

In this role, you will be required to Manage, Administer, Cleanup and Transform Data related to Aerospace Assets, Asset Performance, Portals, and other Critical Data Elements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of basic tasks to support the data cleansing initiative. These tasks include, but are not limited to, the analysis, correction, or removal of incorrect, corrupted, incorrectly formatted, duplicate, or incomplete data in various ERPs (Salesforce, Portal, MDM, FS Connect, Oracle AR, Centerpiece, Shipping Tools, etc.
  • Maintain Data integrity and adhere to compliance rules.
  • Identify the Critical Data Fields, collect data, populate missing data, and update ERPs.
  • Create and streamline internal controls/processes for ongoing data management.
  • Integrating data from multiple data sources or functional areas, interpreting data to identify business trends.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum of years of experience with client & stakeholder management.
  • Prior experience with Data cleansing and Data Management is preferred.
  • Patience, understanding and resilience when managing complex situations and competing priorities.
  • Ability to meet multiple demanding deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, presentation abilities and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with Process Improvements and drive process change.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft office applications.
  • Acute attention to detail, Excellent organizational and workload prioritization skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups.
  • High level of coordination and responsiveness to requests within a short turnaround time.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and work independently.
