Position Overview:

The CNC Swiss Operator will be responsible for performing multiple Milling and Turning operations while holding tolerances of .0001". Individual will work with a variety of alloys and materials including stainless steel, titanium, and cobalt. Position is within a regulated environment, meaning meticulous production/quality records need to be maintain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load materials into machine and perform operation cycle
• Monitor machine operations for accuracy
• Utilize Smart Scope to inspect/clean threads and other features
• Complete production control paperwork legibly
• Perform routine QC inspections using gages, micrometers, and calipers
• Isolate non-conforming parts and materials

Requirements:

• 12+ months of CNC Operation, including basic setups/tool changes
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong applied mathematics and spatial reasoning
• CNC Swiss experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to learn complex processes efficiently
• Able to pass stringent drug/background screening
