Pillar To Post, Utah, and North America s largest Home Inspection Company, is now hiring for Home Inspector / Assistant Inspector Positions! We provide our clients with an industry leading inspection of their potential home investment. We also provide several additional services and present all the information to our clients in an informative and thorough report.
Details of Position:
Primary responsibility will be performing and/or assisting with home inspections, and meeting with real estate agents and clients on-site to review the inspection report.
Opportunity is FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE status
Pay is salary with a commission, based on experience & performance. A training wage will be paid during the training period. Full-time employees can expect to earn $50,000+ annually.
Employee will be trained to use proprietary systems and processes to perform the best home inspections in the area. Training is mandatory regardless of previous experience (8-12 weeks typical). Part of training will include a 3-week online certification course. A non-compete agreement is required at the time of hire, and we do not hire subcontractors.
Inspections are typically scheduled Monday-Friday, primarily in Summit and Wasatch counties, but may occasionally extend further out. Must be able to occasionally work Saturdays depending on workload.
Qualifications
People person with a friendly personality. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and quality home inspections. Customer service skills are essential to this position, construction and inspection experience is a plus. Must be good people person and be comfortable interacting and communicating with people.
Home inspection or construction experience is helpful, but not required
Basic computer and technology skills are required
Non-smokers only
Must have a truck or SUV in good physical and mechanical condition
Some investment of tools, equipment, and/or training may be required
Summit or Wasatch County residents preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
