We are seeking an experienced Apartment Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure property maintenance, and foster a positive community atmosphere. The ideal candidate will focus on resident satisfaction and meeting occupancy and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and inspections. Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and complaints, and organize community events.
• Manage the leasing process, develop marketing strategies, and maintain occupancy records.
• Oversee rent collection, assist with budgeting, and prepare financial reports.
• Supervise onsite staff, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
