**3rd Shift Warehouse Lead**
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for scheduling inbound and/or outbound shipping and receiving dock appointments which will most efficiently coincide with finished goods availability, preparing orders for shipping, receiving incoming product, and coordinating activities of warehouse personnel.
**Essential Job Functions:**
- Assign job duties and coordinate activity of warehouse personnel.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving dock appointments with finished goods and bulk availability in the absence of the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator.
- Maintain warehouse in orderly and organized manner.
- Coordinate trailer jockey activities.
- Set up loads for shipping and load on to trucks, making sure orders are correctly completed and stock properly rotated.
- Complete all required shipping/receiving paperwork.
- Receive/unload incoming product and place in finished goods and bulk warehouses.
**Qualified Candidates Will Possess:**
- Experience working in a warehouse setting with experience in a progressively responsible role preferred.
- Ability to work off-shift hours and additional hours as needed.
- Ability to operate a fork-lift.
- Requires a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Effective problem solving and supervisory skills.
- Ability to deal with short lead times and changing customer needs.
- Excellent knowledge of all warehouse, shipping and receiving operations to help maximize efficiencies.
- Excellent knowledge of the supply chain process to include the chain between bulk/resale product, production, shipping, and the end user.
