HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE


Job Details

Description:

Responsible for taking daily calls from patients,

Verifying insurance on the front end, answering any non-urgent questions, working with doctors to maximize schedules, and eventually being trained to help triage any optical issues

Partnering with Doctors to assist in the scheduling process

Will take 80-100 inbound calls per day

Skills:

healthcare industry, patient care, medical reception

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Bilingual preferred.

Preferred previous call center experience

Knowledge of typical office work environment.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Experience Level:

Entry Level
