**Michael Hohl Automotive** is currently hiring an Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team! We are seeking candidates who are uniquely focused, have a great attitude and willingness to learn.This position plays a key role in all areas of accounting and assists in the development processes to centralize our accounting functions. **General Responsibilities**
* Keep accounting schedules up to date by posting entries in a timely fashion.
* Scanning highly confidental files
* Assist in daily accounting procedures
* Cross-train in all aspects of the accounting office and assist as needed.
* Safeguard the organization's assets by ensuring that appropriate security measures and procedures are established and working.
* Operate your area according to the philosophies, goals, standards and guidelines established and set forth by the organization.
**Requirements**
* Must have at least one year of previous accounting experience
* Previous automotive experience is highly preferred
* Must be 18 years of age
* Excellent communication, mathematical, accounting and organizational skills.
* Ability to meet assigned deadlines
* Capable of finding effective and efficient solutions to problems
* Computer literate and competent with communication equipment.
* Highly self-motivated, self-starter; professional appearance.
* Auto dealership experience preferred but not required.
