Industry Leading Engineering Consultant firm is seeking an experienced Architectural/Engineering Project Manager for our New York areas to lead a wide range of projects. Company is currently targeting the Albany, NY area. Our offices in New York are comprised of over 75 professionals, working in a highly collaborative environment, focused on public buildings including K-12 schools, regional governmental facilities, and international projects for USAID and other federal agencies.

Our overall team of professionals provide innovative architectural design, building systems engineering, interior design, site design, civil design and 3-D Imaging services to clients regionally and globally. Designers engage both proven and innovative building methods and technologies that provide real-world solutions resulting in more efficient and sustainable projects. Your Role:

* Provide technical and design leadership for some of the industry's top interdisciplinary design teams
* Develop and manage top-tier client relationships and contracts
* Participate in expanding our client base, helping to develop exciting new frontiers
* Manage the financial aspects of a broad range and scale of projects
* Mentor junior level professionals, developing satisfying collegial relationships
* Provide meaningful input to firm leadership regarding excellence in professional, technical, and business practices

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
* 10-15 years of experience working in the design/construction field, min. 5 years in project management experience
* New York State License
* Experience in K-12 educational facilities strongly preferred
* Must possess strong interpersonal skills, be organized, innovative, and enjoy collaborating with a team

- Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe & Bluebeam Construction Software

Anticipated salary based on experience $98,000-$120,000
