Tech Service Associate


Job Details

The Tech Service Associate at Blodgett is responsible for providing telephone support, occasional field service travel, and internal collaboration to ensure effective product support and customer satisfaction for commercial oven products.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Provide telephone support for all Blodgett Brands

* Collaborate with key internal departments for effective coordination.

* Occasional travel for field service, including repairs and trainings, potentially to various locations.

* Offer product support to Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales teams.

* Participate in rotating weekend on-call phone coverage.

Qualifications/Essential Functions:

* Professional and effective interaction with customers, technicians, and colleagues.

* Excellent phone and communication skills.

* Flexibility to adapt to various work environments regularly, including potential travel.

* Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking capabilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Infor CSI is a plus.

* Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and integrity.

* Ability to self-manage tasks efficiently.

* Reliable attendance and self-motivation.
