SUMMARY

The primary role for this position is to provide support associated with how the Chrysalis Consulting Group (CCG) manages its performance and service delivery. Along with day-to-day reporting and communication, a component of this responsibility also includes the coordination of special projects associated with the management of a behavioral health crisis line. This procedure involves the outreach and recruitment of potential staff; as well as employee engagement duties as assigned.

Compliance Administrative Support

  • Routine data collection and reporting
  • Day-to-day support of the senior leadership
  • Billing Invoicing and expense tracking
  • Coordinate the production of reports associated with the crisis line performance improvement
  • Coordinate and manage procedures for new hire orientations and agent annual trainings

Other Assigned Duties that could include
  • Work as a liaison with the Human Resource Department to manage the process for employee engagement.
  • Coordinate the recruitment procedures by:
    • identifying eligible candidates,
    • Coordinating the collection of all required documentation
    • Coordinating the procedures for conducting reference checks
    • Collaborating with HR regarding electronic onboarding documentation
  • Educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERI ENCE
  • Bachelor of Art (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; or Master's degree preferred from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years previous experience in HR positions such as HR Assistant; project management, planning, problem-solving, and administrative process management to ensure they're familiar with typical human resources procedures.
  • As well as industry specific knowledge related to child welfare.
  • Must also have a collaborative mindset. With excellent written and oral communication skills.

MATHEMATICAL and COMPUTER SKILLS

Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software required.
