Understands and demonstrates the proper use of cash register and all cash handling procedures. Maintains clean work environment and follows all HACCP requirements and Sanitation Checklists. Understands the importance of cost control through proper portioning. Interacts with public and serves customers in a professional manner. Represents the department in a positive manner by displaying professionalism and courtesy at all times. Follows position-specific job flow and completes all other assigned tasks. Completes financial paperwork accurately and on time. Accurately tracks meals, floor supplies, sales, etc. Maintains employee in-service training attendance records. Accurately tabulates and sets up daily bank deposits with cafeteria daily cash receipts. Produces cafeteria signage and is responsible for replacing signs as needed to maintain a quality appearance.
