We work with talented and innovative artists to create captivating murals, installations, and events that bring the vibrancy of the streets to life. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager in coordinating and executing projects, from concept to completion
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that client expectations are met and projects are aligned with their vision
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and industry trends
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote the agency and its services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in account coordination or a similar role, preferably in the creative industry
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp)
• Knowledge and passion for urban art and street culture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with a high attention to detail
