You will love it here if you are motivated by Akina s Core Identity Values:Excellence AlwaysGo-Getter s UniteCompassion For AllCalled To ServeYou ll have success here if you value clear processes and get, want, and have capacity to do the following things:Manage and restock shipping materials and supplies regularly.Prepare labels, assemble and label packages, and ensure timely outgoing shipment.Check incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, distribute to appropriate departments, and keep detailed records.Keep the workspace tidy and safe, suggest ways to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and follow safety standards.Assist with various tasks in the pharmacy to support overall operations.We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers each day:Receive incoming shipments (10-20 per day)Prepare, assemble, and label packages for outgoing shipment (200-300 per day)If you want to come to work, learn, and hit those numbers, you ll be recognized and rewarded.Our company runs on EOS purely.
