Job Details
Prepares, cooks and serves food in accordance with established policies and procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. - Maintains an organized, clean and safe environment in the kitchen at all times. - Complies with food safety standards and guidelines during all phases of food handling. - Completes all required documentation including but not limited to food and equipment temperature logs. - Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils and equipment, and returns to proper storage areas as requested. - Assists in assuring the proper receiving, rotating and storage of food and supplies. - Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
