Plant Manager
FPC of Greensboro has partnered with a global manufacturing client to identify a new Plant Manager for their Fayetteville, NC area facility.
The Plant Manager will be a results and people first oriented leader who oversees all aspects of a manufacturing plant. They will manage large-scale manufacturing facilities, implement lean methodologies, and drive operational excellence throughout the plant. They will oversee daily production schedules and quality control processes.
We are seeking a Plant Manager who excels as an "on the floor" leader as well as a strategic visionary. Experience in welding and assembly operations is a plus.
