Senior Accountant Job in Fox Valley
We are partnering with a large educational facility that is looking for a Senior Accountant. This position will have high level exposure to the C-Suite and get to take advantage of a fantastic benefits package. Also a great position to move into a Manager role quickly!
Job Duties:
- Partner with VP-Finance on month/year end close procedures
- Provides support to AR and AP functions.
- Assist with department goal setting
- Analyze and reconcile GL accounts
- Review and approve vendor invoices
- Maintain the annual accounting and database for the annuity program
- Provide support for other accounting functions when needed
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to help make process improvements
- Organization and attention to detail
