The authentically African-themed resort is home to Americas largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for the Sushi Cook- Double Cut position. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock, and working with attention to detail to fulfill all orders with quality standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a knowledge of the Japanese cuisine and be available to work during our open hours.
We require that you have background, consisting of a minimum of 1 + year experience as a Sushi Cook, demonstrating excellent sushi preparation skills and expertise in traditional Japanese fish cutting techniques and high-quality ingredients. Exceptional knife skills, ability to handle and cut fish with precision, speed, safety. Ability to work under pressure, adjust to changing priorities, and maintain proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures.
