Customer Service / Dispatch / Administrative Support Full time, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Wage: Negotiable/ Depends on experience
Description: Responsible for providing administrative support to the office and field operations of the plumbing and HVAC business. This role involves coordinating field activities, managing schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication between the office and field staff. All dispatch teammates play a critical role in ensuring efficient field operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Quickbooks experience preferred
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Active listener
Geographic knowledge of Utah
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong organizational and planning skills
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and effectively schedule jobs based on criteria provided
Answer and direct phone calls with a positive attitude
Keep customer appraised of schedule and lead times
Schedule and coordinate sub-contractors when appropriate
Clear and Concise communication with clients, vendors, department managers, and technicians
Assist with various administrative functions within the office
Clean and organized desk
Any other duty as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
