Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Accounting and Finance staffing division for the state
- Drive business development efforts, including client acquisition and relationship management.
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent in accounting and finance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of recruiters and support staff.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience in staffing, specifically within the accounting and finance sector.
- Proven success in business development and client management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
