Job Details

Location: U.S. Based Remote or South Bend, Indiana Remote

Pay: $21.00/hr.

Schedule: Mon. through Thurs. 10 am to 7 pm Eastern and Fri. 8 am to 5 pm Eastern.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Auditor, the Customer Service Representative is responsible serving BMI clients by providing phone call and email assistance to audit participants including processing of their document submissions to verify their eligibility. Data entry skills are required. Phone call assistance includes addressing caller concerns and answering questions. Processing of document submissions includes reading documents to identify specific characteristics that establish eligibility of enrolled dependents on the client's health plan(s). This position will work closely with rest of the Client Delivery Team - ensuring that everything we do is for the betterment of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls, voicemail or emails inquiries and questions from audit participants
  • Monitor and track call details by maintaining accurate notes in our proprietary software.
  • Process faxes and incoming audit documents based on client specific requirements while meeting BMI performance guarantee requirements.
  • Prepare incomplete letters and postcards-based client specific requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with all Client Delivery team members to assure service and partnership plans directly support the account plan for the client, and that services are setup, maintained and delivered in the form that meets the clients' needs and is within the scope of the contract.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Preferably 1 year + of customer service experience.
  • Prior experience receiving inbound calls or working in a Call Center.
  • Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customers.
  • Superior problem-solving ability, preferably within a customer environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and video conferencing.
