Our dedicated team of therapists is committed to providing exceptional emotional and behavioral health services for children, teens, adults, and couples. We specialize in offering positive and practical assistance to individuals grappling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and divorce, along with other emotional and relationship issues.
For therapists seeking an ideal opportunity to thrive in a private practice setting without the isolation often associated with it, Valencia Relationship Institute is the perfect fit. We foster a positive group culture and prioritize ongoing self-care for our staff, allowing therapists to concentrate on delivering excellent care to their clients, while we manage the rest.
We invite experienced full-time licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to join our team, operating in an in-person capacity out of our Valencia location. We are seeking an experienced candidate that is at least 2 years post licensure with a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience. Our expanding team of therapists finds fulfillment in their work, and we extend an invitation for you to be part of our exceptional team.
Our ideal applicant is a clinician who provides individual and relationship counseling for children, teens, and families. Familiarity with or a strong commitment to learning evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, and EFT for couples, is highly valued. We seek individuals dedicated to building robust therapeutic relationships, passionate about delivering the highest level of care, and motivated to stay current on the latest research through ongoing training and consultation.
Applicants should express a desire to develop their careers exclusively with Valencia Relationship Institute, refraining from establishing private practices outside VRI while employed with us. Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $65 per client hour
