Duration: 12 Months


Hourly Pay Rate: $65/hr. on W2


As a Developer Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with mobile game developers and partners to design and execute launch and sustained engagement campaigns, and develop internal processes and tools to enhance performance. Your goal is to drive successful, scalable developer marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring new players and retaining existing subscribers, with a specific focus on partnership with our strategic, managed developers.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaign Development:

Design and execute comprehensive developer marketing launch campaigns for mega franchises, ensuring alignment with goals and target audience insights

Encourage developer partners to participate in marketing initiatives by addressing marketing challenges with innovative solutions

Utilize data-driven insights to guide campaign strategy, execution, and optimization


Campaign Management:

Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables and compliance with brand and marketing guidelines

Analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize performance, guide future campaigns, and develop best practices


Process and Tools Development:

Architect and implement internal processes to streamline developer marketing activities and improve efficiency

Work with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and evangelize tools for scaling developer marketing programs


Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with production, marketing, editorial, and PR to align internal and external marketing plans

Ensure clear communication and coordination across internal teams and with external partners to support the seamless execution of developer marketing campaigns

Provide ongoing developer marketing support internally and externally, as an externally-facing marketing liaison


Key Qualifications:

5+ years of partner marketing experience for a leading game or entertainment brand or agency.

Experience with marketing campaign planning, execution, and measurement.

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills required.

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and simultaneously.

Knowledge of and passion for mobile games is a plus.

Previous project management or production experience is a plus.
